Exchange mail - Create Rule

After opening Exchange Mail - Select Options
Then select Rules.
Select New Rule
Select Create Rule for Incoming Message.
The following window appears. Make selection from After the message arrives and then Do the following with the message.
Then go to this area.
Select the specific words section. Type in what is to be recognized.
Select Add and then OK
Then go to the specified folder section.
Select the folder for the message. Then select OK.
Name the rule
