SecureCRT can be found by going to the Start button, All programs, SHSU Programs, and Communications. If you try opening the older version of CRT you may get this error:
If you are having problems logging in, it's probably because it's adding @shsu.edu to your username along with @nell.shsu.edu. You can change this under the Session. Right click on Session, select Properties.
Under Connection > SSH2, remove the @shsu.edu from the username. Also, under Terminal > Emulation, change the Terminal to VT220.
