Make sure that all items in the room are turned on and operating properly. The power buttons on the TV’s and monitors are located on the front bottom side. When everything has been powered up, touch the AMX screen to ensure that the Polycom Icon appears.
Once the Polycom Icon appears, touch the screen again to enter the main screen. The screen should look like the below picture.

To make a call, go to the top of the screen and touch the Dial icon. Then, select a video speed from the keypad (128 is the speed normally used.).

When you have selected your speed, touch the Address Book or use the numbers on the keypad.
If you are using the Address Book, you will see it on both the front and rear monitors. Touch the arrows to navigate around the address book. When you have reached your desired number, touch the dot in the middle of the arrow screen. This should complete your call.

After you have connected, you can begin controlling the cameras. To control the cameras, touch the “Video” icon in the top left of the screen.

Select either the Near side camera or Far side camera, by touching either the Near or Far icons.

To move the cameras, either choose one of the present buttons, which are represented by the directional keypad located to the right of the numeric keypad. (the arrow icons).
If you want to shift the camera to a predetermined spot, touch the numerical keypad. If you want to zoom in or out, touch the Zoom In our Zoom Out icons.
