Printing your Slide Show:

Another great feature of PowerPoint is that you can either print your presentation as slides, handouts or speaker notes.

You can also print your presentation as single slides or as a whole.

To look at your options, click on the Office Button and Scroll to Print and choose the first option, or press Ctrl-P.

You can choose which slides to print by typing in the slide numbers into the Slides box.

Also, you can choose to print out handouts, which allows you to put multiple slides on one page.

To choose handouts, click on the drop-down menu under the Print what field.

Choose Handouts.

You can choose to put between one to nine slides per page and whether they should be horizontally or vertically aligned.

PowerPoint allows you to print out notes pages of your speaker’s notes, single slides or an outline of your presentation.

To use this, click on the Print what drop-down menu and select either Slides, Notes pages or Outline View.
