View:
1. The Workbook Views section allows you to change the view of the sheet you are editing.

 


 

2. The Show/Hide section allows you to enable or disable function that will help you when you create your spread sheet.

 


 

3. The Zoom section allows you to zoom in and out and allows you to zoom to the selected cell(s).

 


 

4. The Window section allows you to arrange different spread sheets in different windows. You can also freeze certain areas of the spread sheet while you look for something else.


 

5. The Macros section allows you to view and record macros.
