Sharing a Calendar in Outlook 2013
Select "Calendar" from the tabs at the bottom left hand side of your Outlook inbox.
Under the Share section in your ribbon, select "Share Calendar".
An email will open for you to enter the people you want to share the calendar with. You can either type the e-mail address or use the Global Address list to find an employee on campus.
Once you enter the recipients and type the email you can click ‘Send.’
You choose how much you share on your calendar with any person.
