Sharing a Calendar in Outlook 2013
If you have access to a Shared Calendar, you can open it by following these instructions:
Open Outlook and select "Calendar" from the tabs at the bottom left hand side of your Outlook inbox.
Click "Open Calendar" on the toolbar. From there you have a few options:
- From Address Book - This will open up the global address list and you can select the proper person.
- From Room List - This will open up a list of rooms so you can view their availability schedule.
- Open Shared Calendar - manually type the name of the calendar (instructions below)
Once you select "Open Shared Calendar" type the name of the calendar you wish to access in the popup box and click "OK"
The calendar should then be visible to you.
Once you have opened the calendar, it will appear next to your other calendars.
You can choose which calendars to display by checking or unchecking the box in the panel next to your calendars.
