Forwarding your email from Outlook Web Access
The first thing to do is to log into your Exchange Mail.
After you have logged in click on options in the top right corner.
Then click on the Create an Inbox Rule
The next window shows any and all rules you have previoulsy created. Click New.
For this rule all you need to do is select the Apply to all messages option
under When the message arrives, and:. From the drop-down list that appears select
Redirect the message to...
Checking that option will bring up a window allowing you to search for a User on campus
or type an outside email for the messages to be sent to.
In the text box next to To -> type in your outside email. I.E, email@example.com.
Then click OK.
This brings us back to the options for the rule.
As you can see it says "Apply this rule after the message arrives. redirect to firstname.lastname@example.org"
The final thing to do is name the rule then click OK.
The rule has been created and the emails sent to your Exchange account will be redirect to your external mail.
