Making a Quiz

After you have imported some slides, you may want to add an interactive quiz that will gauge the users knowlege of your video or presentation.

With your project open:

• Go to the Insert Menu
• Select Question Slide

You will then be presented with a number of question types to choose from. Select the question type and quantity.

Select OK

You can change the question and the answers by clicking on their respective text boxes.

Whatever answer you have selected is the answer Captivate will read as the correct answer. In this case, the answer is B.

To edit the properties of the quiz, select the Quiz Properties tab on the right hand side of the screen.

Here you can adjust the number of answers for the question as well as actions to take whenever the question is answered correctly or incorrectly. You can set time limits on each slide as well as the numbering type for each answer.
