Editing Your Captivate Project With PowerPoint

When you import a slideshow into Captivate, the slides will be converted to images.

In order to edit the slide, you will need to use the native PowerPoint editor in Captivate

 

 

This will open up a slide editor within Captivate. Please make certain that your PowerPoint file has not moved, otherwise Captivate will not be able to locate it for editing.

Once the PowerPoint opens, you can edit the slide as you would normally. Be sure to click Save in the top left hand corner to see the changes take effect in the Captivate file.

 

 

You can choose to edit one slide at a time or you can edit the entire presentation.
