Nancy Leavell Director Computer Services-Client Support nancy@shsu.edu 936-294-1049 Nancy oversees the Client Support department of Computer Services. This includes the Helpdesk, Maintenance, Technology Purchasing, Inventory, Web Support, Training, Labs, and Media Center functions of the department. Nancy has worked for SHSU since 1983. She has a master's degree in Accounting from SHSU and a bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University. |

Lucrecia Chandler Technology Support Coordinator II ucs_lkn@shsu.edu 936 294-4497 Lucrecia is the Coordinator for the Helpdesk area of Client Support. This area handles monitoring the servers and Helpdesk . Lucrecia has been with Computer Services since 1996 and has a BS in Psychology with a Minor in CJ. She graduated May of 2000. |

Kayla Stephenson Computer Lab Supervisor ucs_kss@shsu.edu 936-294-3062 Kayla is the lab manager for SHSU and is responsible for scheduling the hours of operation for the general use labs, maintenance of lab equipment, supplies for the lab, scheduling labs for faculty use, and lab assistant work scheduling. Kayla is also responsible for screening, interviewing, and training of students applying for lab assistant's positions. Kayla has been working for Computer Services since December 2001 and has a B.S. in Industrial Technology - Electronics from SHSU. Kayla is currently pursuing her Masters in Instructional Technology. |

Norma Vazquez Computer Operations Supervisor II nev001@shsu.edu 936-294-4115 Norma is the Helpdesk supervisor. In addition, she is responsible for software checkout, student time sheets and work schedules, and Helpdesk e-mail. The Helpdesk provides computer support for Students, Faculty and Staff and is located in room 208B of the AB1 Bldg. Norma is a December 2002 cum laude graduate of the SHSU Computing Science program. She has started her coursework in the Digital Forensics graduate program. |

Jurden Bruce Web Administrator III jeb017@shsu.edu 936-294-4495 Jurden is the University webmaster. He joined the staff in August of 2006. Jurden works with University departments providing design expertise, as well as assuring ADA compliance. Jurden also assists with Blackboard support. |

Thomas Sosebee Technology Support Specialist II tas017@shsu.edu 936-294-3476 Thomas is the Computer Services liaison. His primary duties include creating communication with departments to enhance Computer Services' role at the University and providing training to the Staff & Faculty on a wide range of technology related media. Thomas graduated in December of 2008 with a BA in both English and Journalism. |

Melissa Asbury Computer Operations Supervisor I maa016@shsu.edu 936-294-3409 Melissa is working on her Bachelor's degree at SHSU and is one of the Helpdesk supervsors. She joined the maintenance staff as a student worker in 2008 and switched to the Helpdesk as a fulltime staff member in 2009. |
