Service: Video Support
Provides campus departments with access and support to video equipment.
Standard Service Features
- Collaborate with Delta to provide video equipment
- Provide technology support
Optional Service Features
24 hours a day, 7 days. Requests must be made in advance.
- Be a current SHSU employee
This service is obtained by requesting access with a work-order.

Targets of this service are:
- Response to the event request is within 1 Business Day
- If the equipment fails during an event, the downtime is not expected to be longer than 15 minutes
