24 hours a day, 7 days. Requests must be made in advance.
User Requirements
- Be a current SHSU employee, student, alumni, or retiree.
- Active computer account.
Service Initiation
This service is obtained by requesting access with a work-order.

Targets of this service are:
- Response to the event request is within 1 Business Day
- If the equipment fails during an event, the downtime is not expected to be longer than 15 minutes.
