Standard Service Features
- Restore from T Drive Backup
- Restore from tape backup.

Delivery Scope
SHSU campus-wide.
Delivery Channels
- SHSU Work-order.
Service Hours
8-5 p.m., 5 days a week.
User Requirements
- Be a current SHSU employee, student, alumni, or retiree.
- Approval of Department Head.
Service Initiation
This service is obtained by requesting access with a work-order.
