Service Initiation

Typically this service is initiated by the IT@Sam department. This service can also be obtained by requesting access through the IT@Sam Work Order System.

Service Targets

Targets of this service are:

  • Respond within 3 Business Days to request
  • Equipment Upgrade/Replacement is typically not installed until the end of a semester when the room is available. It could take up to two weeks to upgrade the equipment once the equipment and room are available
