Provides access to Labs including Instructional and General use labs.

Standard Service Features

• Unlock lab doors M-F by 8am
• Lock lab doors M-F by 10pm
• Locks/unlocks lab doors as needed throughout the day
• Works with Physical Plant as needed to obtain key access

• Be a current SHSU employee

Service Targets

Targets of this service are:

• 99.9% uptime, not including scheduled change outages
• Restore service upon non-planned service outage
• Respond within 10 minutes if it is for a Class in Progress or for a class about to begin
• Complete in advance when possible
• Complete by deadline
