In order to help ensure University license compliance and to provide better computer resources to the University, Information Resources has joined the Microsoft Campus 3.1 Licensing program.
An additional feature of the license program is the ability for University staff and faculty to purchase a licensed copy of Microsoft office on their personally-owned computers if that computer is used to perform University work. Your use of the licensed copy will be available to you throughout the duration of the University's agreement with Microsoft. For more information about this option, refer to Microsoft's web site.
To order a copy of the software, please access SamWeb, select Information Resources, Microsoft Home Use Program, and follow the instructions provided. If you have any questions, please contact the Helpdesk (936) 294-1950.
