Telephone

As the voice of SHSU, this team provides information and customer service to all incoming calls to the University's main lines. Other responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operation of the campus telephone network and providing technical support for its users.

Restrictions

May only be installed on a University owned computer.
Products are licensed based on a yearly contract between SHSU Computer Services and Microsoft and must be renegotiated each fiscal year. If Computer Services does not renew the license the software will no longer be licensed and must be removed or the user /department will be in violation of the software license and subject to laws and regulations governing software piracy.
Product may not be duplicated or redistributed.
Faculty/Staff members performing University work at home may install one copy of Microsoft Office on a personally owned computer.
