Responsibilities include supervision of the following areas: the university web site, assuring ADA compliance, accuracy, and marketing potential; technological training and support with monthly newsletters, online documentation , customized seminars and computer-based instruction, ranging from one-to-one personal classes to large auditorium-style open houses; the Operations/Helpdesk function which includes 24/7 monitoring of the servers and telephone call log assistance as well as the hardware and software maintenance for the campus workstations and peripherals on the LAN; staffing, scheduling, and designing computer labs for the campus and ITV support, and technological inventory and purchasing functions for the campus.
