Campaign LeadershipKailas J. Rao earned his master's degree in business administration from Sam Houston State University in 1970, his doctorate from the University of Oklahoma, and bachelor’s degree from Angelo State University. He is founder and president of KJR, LLC, a consulting company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a member of the President’s Circle, a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award, and Life member of the Alumni Association. |
