     I am employed by Sam Houston State University's Computer Services as a Computer Services Quality Control Specialist.   My main responsibilities are:

• Coordination with Computer Services personnel to insure timely completion of work orders.
• Follow up on all work order completions to insure satisfaction of the University clients.
• Reconcile telecommunication bills and deposit revenues.
• Reconcile TEX-AN bills and charge to University community users.
• Set up voice mail, telephone numbers and telephone records.
