$500.00 to $999.99 20% of total revenue
$1,000.00 to $4,999.99 25% of total revenue
$5,000.00 to $9,999.99 50% of total revenue
$10,000.00 to $25,000.00 75% of total revenue
$25,000.01 + 75% of total revenue up to the first $25,000.00, then 100% for all additional revenue.
