Sam Houston State University Sociology Department is pleased to announce the introduction of its full online Master's Program. Beginning in the Spring Semester 2011, students will be able to take all required courses and fullfill the program's requirements online.
Like most professionals, you are probably looking to further your career. But in order to move up the ladder, you must first take steps to expand your knowledge and skills. The Sociology Department at Sam Houston State University offers a unique master's degree program designed to meet the needs of busy professionals like you. This program focuses on building the valuable, usable skills needed to fast forward your career including skills in research grant writing, program evaluation, impact assessment, and community-based research.

The online Master's program will begin in Spring 2011. Fall 2010 Graduate courses will be offered at the University Center in the Woodlands. Graduate internet courses are also regularly offered. Please see our Master's Program Description page for further details on the program.
