Alumni Legacy Reception Do you have a family member who also attended SHSU? If so, then you are a Bearkat Legacy! Please join the Office of Alumni Relations for a Party on the Patio Legacy Reception. Mix and mingle with SHSU administrators and faculty/staff while enjoying signature Bearkat drinks and hors d'oeuvres with other Bearkat Legacy Families.	4:00PM - 6:00PM	Ragsdale Visitor & Alumni Center Patio
Bearkat Pep Rally Come join the SHSU Football Team, Coaches, Cheerleaders, Dance Team, and Band as they rally SHSU to victory for first home game.	7:00PM	Bearkat Plaza

Check-In Come to the LSC Atrium to receive your t-shirt, lunch ticket, and giveaways. If you are unable to check-in during the posted times you or your student may pick up the registration bags and t-shirts the following week in the Dean of Students' Office in LSC Suite 215.	8:30AM - 1:30PM	LSC Atrium

College of Fine Arts & Mass Communication Open House Come and visit with representatives from each department (Art, Dance, Theatre, Mass Communication, and Music). Alumni Association Open House Brunch reception for Student Alumni Association (SAA) members, parent members of the association and all parents and students interested in learning about the advantages of association membership.	10:00AM - 12:00PM	Ragsdale Alumni Center
Sam Houston Memorial Mueseum The Sam Houston Memorial Museum will open our Bear Bend Cabin to allow visitors to explore the cabin and learn about Pioneer skills. Try your hand at the tomahawk throw. Learn about making butter. Black powder demonstrations on the hour every hour. The Texas Gulf Coast Cherokee Association will be in the Museum Store, where one can explore the culture and heritage of the Raven's friends with displays and crafts.	10:00AM - 2:00PM	Museum Grounds

Minute To Win It Are you good at throwing pennies into a jar from 15 feet away, with a spoon, under 60 seconds? Bearkat Football vs. Incarnate Word Tickets will need to be purchased through the Athletic Department at www.gobearkats.com.
