Brian McColpin Brian oversees all Sam Houston's spirit programs. Brian has a Bachelors in University Studies from Morehead State University and is entering his fifth year as Spirit Program Coordinator. Brian is a native of Wichita, KS and is happily married to Melissa McColpin native of Council Bluffs, IA. |

Yvette Quinones Lead Student Assistant Yvette is a Senior at SHSU about to get her degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. She is going into her 3rd year here at SHSU. She has cheered at Navarro College and SFA. She is a 4 time national Champion and has competed in several partner stunt competition. Along with working for NCA for 6 years and college staff all 6 years. She is very proud to be a Bearkat and to be a part of an amazing program with great people. |

Molly Niemczyk Captain Major/Minor: Early Education/Special Education Hobbies: Boating, Hanging out with friends Future Goals: My future goals are to one day have a family as well as be happy and successful in my career as a preschool teacher as well as a special needs teacher. Cheer History: I cheered at my high school on varsity for 4 years. This is my second year apart of the Sam Houston State Spirit Program, and I love it. Natalie Nunez Captain Major/Minor: Dance/Business Future Goals: Become a high school drill team director and start a competitive dance studio Dance History: Natalie has danced competitively for 9 years with DanceWorks Majestics. She was a member of her high school drill team at Elkins where she served as Jr. Lieutenant her junior year and Captain her senior year. She has won numerous solo awards including National titles. |

Luise Hooks Captain Major/minor: Dance Education Hobbies: Scrapbooking, crafting, lake surfing Future Goals: Receive a Masters Degree in dance to coach, Go on missions to teach dance to the underprivileged and start a family Dance History: Began dancing at the age of 4. She was a member of the Star Steppers in high school holding the positions of Second Lieutenant and Captain.
