SHSU Spirit Programs Spotlight

Amanda Baske is a fourth year on the Co-Ed cheerleading team. She has been cheering for thirteen years and is going to miss it very much after this year is over. Amanda is a Senior here at SHSU and will be graduating in August 2010 with Bachelors in Business Administration in Marketing.

"Sam Houston cheerleading has been a huge part of my life over these past four years. Not only for the time and effort I have put into it but also for all of the great friendships and memories I have made while being on the team. Everyone I have cheered with throughout these years were definetly known as my second family away from home and I don't know what I would've done without them. I would also like to thank my family and my boyfriend for always being supportive of me!"
