Parents' Finals Relief

Are you an SHSU student with young children at home?  If so, it’s probably hard enough to find time for everyday chores let alone time for studying!  Well, we want to help you succeed in reaching your academic goals and have put together this program to offer you time to study for finals while your children are in good hands – SHSU Bearkat hands to be exact. 

We recruit currently enrolled SHSU students to help entertain your children while you study.  All volunteers are background checked and must attend a brief orientation before they can participate, and a full-time University staff member will be present at all times.  So—no worries!  All you have to do is come.
