The page numbers suggested in both Internal Grant Application Forms are to assist with the correct order only. If your application has fewer pages, do NOT substitute empty filler pages.
If your proposed research project requires IRB or IACUC approval, a new research-specific application must be filed with Sharla Miles, SHSU Compliance Coordinator.
Proof of submission (with review pending) must reflect the EXACT title of your proposed research project and must cover the begin-and-end-date of the grant. Board approval is NOT required until April 2014. Previously approved compliance applications bearing the exact title are invalid.
Hand-delivery of all Internal Grant documents to the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs is recommended. Deadlines will be strictly enforced.
