If you are a returning Veteran and you have not attended any other school since you last attended SHSU and you are not changing your degree program; complete the "Request for Certification" form. Bring the completed form to the Veteran Representative's Office located in the Office of the Registrar's department, Estill Building, Room 331.

If you are a returning veteran who is changing your degree program then veterans will need to complete VA Form 22-1995 and dependents will need to complete VA Form 22-5495. Bring the completed form and a copy of your new degree plan to the VA representative office located in the Estill Building, Room 331.
