ALUMNI & FORMER STUDENT UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST

Unofficial transcripts may be viewed at the Unofficial Transcript Request page with a SamID and PIN. If you do not have your SamID or PIN, you may contact the IT@Sam Service Desk to have your PIN reset.

If your student account is still active (six months past the date of graduation), you may also view and print your unofficial transcript through My Sam by following the instructions in the following link: How to Print Your Unofficial Transcript
