ALUMNI & FORMER STUDENT OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST
You must have an active student account, with an active student Username and Password to request your official transcript online. Accounts remain active for six months past the date of graduation. If you do not have an active student account, you may order an official copy of your transcript in person, by mail, or by proxy.
If your account is still active, you may follow these instructions to request your official transcript online:

- Follow the directions provided within the web request form.
- Payment will be required at the time of the request via ACH, debit, or credit card. SHSU does not accept VISA at this time.
If you do no know your user name or password and need assistance, please contact the IT@SAM Service Desk by calling 936-294-1950.
Due to the high volume of transcript requests, please expect 5-7 days before your transcript request is completed.
