COMMENCEMENT SCHEDULE - SUMMER 2013

Summer 2013 commencement schedules will not be finalized until after the 4th class day (6/4/2013).

All ceremonies are held at the the Bernard G. Johnson Coliseum (directions to the coliseum).

Candidates:

• Arrival time: One hour prior to the start of the ceremony at the Health and Kinesiology Center (HKC). HKC is located across the street from the coliseum.
• Bring: Cap, gown, and tassel.
• Master's and doctoral candidates must also bring their respective hoods.

University marshals will greet and direct the candidates to line up in the designated manner inside the HKC gyms. 

At the appropriate time, university  marshals will escort the degree candidates across the street into the processional for the ceremony at the coliseum.

Note: There will not be anyone available at the HKC to guard purses, wallets, or keys.  Therefore, you need to have a guest prepared to take any additional items into the coliseum rather than leaving the items behind at the HKC unguarded.

Family and friends may be seated in the coliseum one hour prior to the start of the ceremony.
