Ashley

I believe that everyone needs motivation from an outside source from time to time. I became a personal trainer to motivate people and help them obtain their ideal physique by creating healthy, lifelong habits. With a cheerleading back ground, it was only natural to expand on the knowledge that I had by creating a career for myself starting with personal training and transitioning into becoming a Registered Dietician. I am a senior in the Nutrition program with every intention of getting my Master’s in Sports Nutrition. I enjoy working with all ages and fitness levels. I look forward to assisting you in your journey of creating healthy habits for the future!

 


Callye

Being physically fit does not always mean you are a star athlete or considered elite in your sport, it means that you are active, fit, and healthy. My goal is to teach you that being fit can be enjoyable and that it can change your life in the most positive way. My passion is for people and fitness and if I can share just a little bit of my passion with my clients, I am confident that they will leave my sessions motivated to better their lives. My background is in distance running and strength training. I specialize in running and cycling and I am looking forward to playing a part in your pursuit to a better and healthier lifestyle.

Chris

Whatever your goals are, I will push you to achieve them. Whether it be to lose weight, gain weight, build strength, or just reach your full physical potential together we will achieve your goals.  It won't always be easy but it will be very much worth it.  I will push you past what you previously thought you could achieve and make you believe within yourself that it CAN be done.  I'm a business management major and have been training here for the last three years.  If you're serious about reaching your goals and changing your life, then I'm your trainer.

 


Kyle

Fitness obviously involves passion and knowledge in order to achieve the results that you dream about.  There are many roads that lead to Rome, and those roads will involve a lot of trial and error down the way.  I've been a fitness enthusiast since I was eleven years old when I first touched a dumbbell and my knowledge and passion for fitness has not slowed down one bit since that day.  I've invested a substantial amount of time on my education to be a fitness trainer over the years, and fortunately I've been able to learn from the best coaches/trainers out there.  It is my goal to help you find the best road that will lead to your Rome. "Don't tell me that the sky is the limit when there are footprints up on the moon."  - Allyson Felix, USA Track Athlete

 


Justin

Finding the desire to work out is not always easy, but if you need that extra jump start, I'm the one that can help you reach and surpass your goals. As a collegiate athlete for the Sam Houston Power lifting team, I can provide you with essential skills for a healthy diet with proper nutrition and also teach you how to lift weights the correct way. With a background in cross-country, cardiovascular exercise is another aspect that I am very knowledgeable about and can help you with. I am a junior and well on my way to getting my masters in exercise science. I look forward to working with you and helping you get in the best shape of your life!

My name is Ryan Sudduth and I have been a certified personal trainer since Spring of 2009. My passion for fitness runs deep and I dedicate myself to my clients helping them reach their goals and live a fuller, happier life. Together we will take your fitness level and physique to new heights building a healthier and stronger you, because you can either make excuses or make results but you can't make both!
