Fitness Events

The Fitness Program is the youngest program within Recreational Sports, making its debut in 2001-2002, and offers comprehensive programming for SHSU students, faculty, and staff. Group Fitness Classes, Personal Fitness Training, Fitness Workshops and Dietary Counseling are just a few of the programs and services currently being offered.
