The Fitness Program
The Fitness Program offers comprehensive programming for the BearKat Community. Programs include Group Fitness Classes, Personal Fitness Training, Wellness Workshops, Nutritional Counseling, Massage Therapy, State of the art Weightroom and Cardio equipment. Also the Fitness program is introducing two new aspects of programming with include the Tri-It Triathlon Program and Leankat Club.
