The Johnson Coliseum is available the following dates for 2009 playoff games.

Sat, Feb. 14 * Mon, Feb. 16 * Thurs, Feb. 19 * Mon, Feb. 23 * Mon, March 2 *Tues, March 3 open only with excecptions

Game times are 6:30 pm, 7pm, or 8 pm

Do you understand the dates and times available, and are you willing to be contacted by the coliseum coordinator to arrange your time and date of play? Please initial for yes.

If Johnson Coliseum schedules your game as part of a double header, and you have scheduling priority, which game would you prefer? (Please type in either first game or second game)

Johnson Coliseum will mail out all box office reports to each school on Monday, March 16,2009 and each UIL 15% playoff fee will be mailed to Austin at this time. Please initial:

Rental Fee 1 game includes: Event manager, event staff, official scorer, clock operator, public address, gate force, University Police, trainer, custodial, and building rent. $950.00

Rental Fee 2 games include: Event manager, event staff, official scorer, clock operator, public address, gate force, University Police, trainer, custodial, and building rent. $1430.00

If additional UPD is needed, cost is passed on to the schools. Standard ration is 1 officer per every 250-300 people. Please initial below
