Forest Glen North Shore
This year Bearkat Camp will be at Forest Glen's North Shore retreat center. This is the classic camp experience with all the modern conveniences. Cabins hold 20 students, have attached bathrooms, and are air conditioned.
Meals are served in the 300 seat dining hall. There is a covered recreation court, swimming pool, sand volleyball pit, canoe launch, lake with a BLOB and a large recreational field for our team competitions.
SHSU will have exclusive use of the North Shore retreat facility throughout the Bearkat Traditions Camp.
Forest Glen is located 20 minutes from campus. Campers will be transported from campus to Forest Glen via bus.
