PROJECT COST - $4.5 Million

Funded with Revenue Financing System Bonds, issued by Texas State University System. This type of funding allows us to borrow the funds by projecting future revenues that will be generated with use.

The new structure parking facility will be built in the existing parking lot just north of the Lowman Student Center. It will accommodate 470 vehicles for a net gain of 300 spaces. The parking facility will offer a combination of contract and daily rate parking. Because of it's close proximity to the Lowman Student Center Ballroom, it will greatly relieve special event parking needs in addition to providing more efficient use of prime parking area. Construction is scheduled to begin February, 2003 and be completed August, 2003.
