“Let's Talk!” A Night of Conversation . . .

 

"2008 Let's Talk!" dinner on Thursday, March 27 was a huge success!

The event raised $55,600 for scholarships for students in the Elliott T. Bowers Honors Program and operating expenses for the program, with more than 230 alumni, friends and community leaders gathering for good food and stimulating discussion in the LSC Ballroom at Sam Houston State University.

"Let's Talk" is a first of its kind event for Sam Houston State University. Twenty renowned experts covering twenty engaging topics will come together for a rare evening filled with lively, entertaining and challenging dinner conversation. This is an exclusive opportunity to share ideas within a small group facilitated by a notable host whose passion and in-depth knowledge of the discussion topic will inspire and provide ideas long after the evening is concluded.

About the Evening

All proceeds will fund scholarships, instructional support, and operating expenses for the students in the Elliott T. Bowers Honors Program. All contributions over the value of this event ($50.00) are tax deductible.
