The Electrical Shop is responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of electrical systems on campus. This includes, but is not limited to: lights, outlets, motors, electrical devices, motor control centers, switchgear, electrical panels, high and medium voltage lines, electrical meters, and all types of lighting on campus.
The Fire Alarm Shop is located within the Electrical Shop and is responsible for the complete care and upkeep of all fire alarm panels and fire alarm equipment on campus.
The Food Service Shop is also housed within the Electrical Shop and is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all equipment associated with Aramark and other food service venues on campus. The only exceptions to this are vending machines, as they are the responsibility of the Student Services department.
