Dr. Edwards joined the faculty in 2011. Her primary research interest is the management of public and nonprofit organizations. She studies strategic management, performance, and workforce management, particularly gender issues. She also studies public participation in organizational decision-making. Her work has been published in the American Review of Public Administration.
