
Offered by the Political Science Department, enrollment in the Political Science Department
is available by faculty nomination. Nominees are expected to meet the following criteria:
1) 3.4 GPA |
2) Pol Sci Major or Minor |
3) Strong SAT scores |
4) Strong Character & Reliability |
Once nominated, students are screened by Professor Mike Yawn and existing Junior Fellows to ensure
they meet the eligibility requirements. Then, they undergo an extensive interviewprocess that involves
(1) meeting faculty and current Fellows, (2) taking the Myers Briggs exam, and
(3) interviewing at Career Services. The course enrollment is limited to twelve students per semester,
and instructor approval is a prerequisite.
