Tin Punch for Kids and Adults: a Sam Houston Memorial Museum demonstration and activity, from 9 a.m. to noon at Bear Bend Cabin, on the museum grounds. All ages are welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the activity. Demonstrations will start every hour. Participants are requested to bring a hammer, if you have one. Where Art and History Collide—Art Day Camp for Kids Ages 6-8: a Sam Houston Memorial Museum evemt, from 9 a.m. to noon each day at the Katy and E Don Walker Sr. Education Center. The museum's summer day camp for kids will focus on art and history, exploring different artistic techniques that will allow youth to get their hands dirty.
