MFA Reading Series: featuring Helena Halmari and Scott Kaukonen, at 6 p.m. in Austin Hall. During the bilingual reading will Halmari, chair of the SHSU English department, and Kaukonen, director of the department's Master of Fine Arts program in creative writing, editing and publishing, will share their translation of the Finnish Anja Snellman’s novel Pet Shop Girls.
