7-28	Summer Study Skills Workshop Series II: four, one-hour study skills sessions that will discuss "introduction to study skills," procrastination, time management, reading textbooks, test taking and stress management. Fostering creativity and invention, the day camp gives children the opportunity to " clean up a polluted environment, build extravagant new art displays and explore the planet Mars," as well as invent their own games. SHSU 'In the News'

Daniel Eckstein, associate professor of educational leadership and counseling, was featured as a guest on the Sirius Satellite Radio network on a program called Doctor Radio. The program focused on birth order and how a person's health and personality are affected and shaped.

Richard Eglsaer, associate provost and vice president for Academic Affairs, was interviewed Monday on the Houston Fox 26 morning show on Sam Houston State's agreements with area community colleges.
