| Thomas Seifert holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California, where he graduated with honors in the areas of industrial & scientific photography and color technology. He also holds a Ph.D. from Texas A & M University in education. Dr. Seifert concentrates his teaching endeavors in the areas of commercial photography, electronic imaging, and photographic science. His commercial work has been widely published in both newspapers and magazines. By the way, this web site is his baby.
