The Payroll team works diligently to assure that all Sam Houston State University employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner. In addition to paying employee wages, our team also provides payments to vendors for employee benefits and other miscellaneous payroll deductions.

Our office is located in the CHSS Building, Suite 420 and we are open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.

The following dates have been set by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as paydates for the current fiscal year.
Payroll Action Form Deadlines
Payroll Action Forms (PAF's) authorize payroll transactions.
Time Sheet / Leave Report Deadlines
Time sheets and/or leave reports received by the indicated due date will be processed for the next applicable payroll period.
