Currently live in Arlington, TX and work in Fort Worth for the Department of Education as an Educational/Career Counselor with the Educational Opportunity Center. I'm a vocalist in my churches Praise and Worship band but miss the old chapel. You'll never find a better room to sing in than that beautiful place. God Bless you all and much love and prayers.

I’m still here!!!! I work for Computer Services at Sam Houston State University I am the Praise and Worship Leader for the Horizons Service at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. I seem to have gone from one Wesley to another. I have many great memories with Kevin, Jeff, Mary, Tommy, and the whole group. Trips to Big Bend, Mission Trips, Services in the Chapel and just playing pool for hours on end. Having a strong support group in College is vitally important, and the Wesley Foundation fulfills that need and much more!

BS in Criminal Justice.
I live in Watauga, TX (Fort Worth). I am a single father of two daughters. I work for a small company called Exit Security. I lived in the very back room of the Wesley for 2 years, under the care of Rev. Cathy Pigg. I did get to know Max and go on a ski trip with him and the 92-93 gang. I used to sneak in for the free Sunday dinners and sneak out before service (I wasn't a Christian yet). Through the Wesley I met Jesus! I hope everyone there has life changing experiences like I did. Great job on the web site, back in 92 the only computers on campus were in the computer lab. Anyone know how to get a hold of Jeff and Mary Smitherman? Jeff lived there with me. How do I see a

Sharon Story-Schoppe

2002 Graduate
B.S Elementary Education
My husband, Kevin Schoppe (also an alumni), and I currently live in Montgomery, Tx on Lake Conroe. I am in my 3rd year of teaching 8th L.A in The Woodlands. I am working on my Masters in Reading from SHSU and will graduate as a Reading Specialist in May of '06. Kevin and I have a special place in our hearts for The Wesley. I hope and pray that it will continue to be a beacon of Christ's love on campus.

Mitchell Smith

I am Mitchell Smith. I graduated in 1985 with a BS in Law Enforcement and Police Science. I am serving as a Sergeant with the University of Texas at Houston Police where I have been for 19 years. I was active with the Wesley Foundation while at SHSU and have many great memories there.

Currently live in Dallas/Fort Worth area working as the Company Manager for Casa Manana Musicals and leading bible studies and praise and worship with my small group at Fellowship Church.
