Dr. Charles Capps, III
Management/Marketing
Dr. Charles J. Capps III, SPHR is professor of management and has been at SHSU for 20 years. He is a "Lifetime Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources" and founded the Student Chapter of SHRM. Capps graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1988 with a doctorate in Management, minoring in Marketing and Psychology. Additionally, he consults in Human Resource Development and was a Training Manager in industry before returning to earn his doctorate. In 1994, Dr. Capps received the SHSU's "Excellence in Teaching Award."
Dr. Juliana Lilly
Management/Marketing
Dr. Lilly has been with SHSU for 6 years and a member of SHRM for 8 years. She graduated from the University of Texas, Aelington in 2001 with a PhD in Organizational Behavior.
Dr. Kathleen Utecht
Management/Marketing
Dr. Utecht has been with SHSU for 1 1/2 years and a member of SHRM for 20 years. She graduated from Michigan State University in 1985 with a PhD in Business Administration. Her majors were Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
