!!!THE WEBPAGE LIVES!!!
--First off I would like to appologize to everyone for the webpage not being updated this year, we had some difficulty in getting the password for the account reset since the old one expired. We are still meeting in the Dan Rather building room 320 on Thursdays at 6:00pm.
--Secondly, this coming Thursday, November 9th, we will be having our annual Cosplay Costume Contest, so wear your constumes to the meeting if you want to participate.
--Lastly, I would like to announce that the webpage is under new management this year so look for updates on different pages this year as we are adding new pages and updating old ones.

--The first meeting of this semester will be Thursday the 19th at 6pm. As of right now we will still be in Dan Rather, but keep an eye out for messages on here or an email on if we get a new room.
--As always, the first meeting of the semester will be a movie night, so feel free to bring any movie you feel the group would be interested in, that maybe not too many people have actually seen.

--Since the old bag that I was using to carry all the dvds ripped, and the new bag I have isn't all that great, I'm going to go ahead and change around the dvd rental system. I've updated the list on this website, and if you happen to want anything, send me an email, and I will bring it to the next meeting. That way I don't have to carry them all around.

--The t-shirt designs have been scanned. There
are two of them, one for the girls,
which will be a baby-doll style, and the guys
shirt..
--If for whatever reason you cannot make it to the meetings this semester,
but would still like a t-shirt, you can email me or the club and I will get
back to you when we find out prices. Depending on the number ordered and
other costs, we should be able to get the price per shirt to $10-15.

--The first meeting for the Spring 2005 semester will be on Thursday, January 20th.
--Since everyone seemed to enjoy Get Backers, if someone wants to buy the dvds (or add them to your Christmas list), the series will probably be voted for next year. The first 3 volumes are already available.

--Viz has a poll on their website up dealing
with the possibility of a Shojo monthly manga similar to Shonen Jump. You

--As it stands, the final volume of LastEXILE will not come out until the
Tuesday of finals. Naturally, as school will be ending, we will not have
a meeting that Thursday. I will be working on a solution.

--With a good 15 or so members around for voting, the first set of series picked are Irresponsible Captain Tylor, Kaze No Yojimbo, LastEXILE, and Licensed by Royalty
--Remember, you can always vote to no longer
show something as long as you pay your dues; of course that would say that
something I purchase on dvd isn't worthy of being shown, and I never make
mistakes like that. ^_^

--Dr. Donahoo, from the English department,
has agreed to become the new faculty sponsor. So if you are looking for an
english class to take, sign up for American Humor, or one of his other classes
this fall.

--Meetings are over for the spring '04 semester,
they will begin again the second week after classes start in the fall.
--We will be looking for a new
sponsor over the summer, but no worries on that one.
--At some point I will be putting up a listing of the titles that will be
available for viewing next semester (both DVD and fansubs) If you have any
requests, or anything you would like to bring to show to everyone, please
e-mail me with what you have. I will be making a listing to hand out
at the first meeting with short descriptions.
